So yay, Katty landed a job and it seems like it is at a pretty good place too.  They seem to be interested actually developing her and getting her to shadow people to make sure she likes the job for down the road.  They did that for their high school co-op student who is apparently going into accounting now.

It was katty’s birthday yesterday and we went to the gator tail mostly based on the fresh chicken they use for their chicken fingers. I felt so full from the fish and chips, they had good chicken fingers too.

Tomorrow I have a baby shower to go to. I’m not sure what to expect since I haven’t gone to one before. Katty described one she went to before and some of the games were very disturbing such as identifying the chocolate bar that is mushed into a diaper.

I’m looking forward to entering some pictures into some fairs later this year.  I need to get some pictures of nature, I’m thinking of the waterfalls in Hamilton.  Actually with katty  working and with school she won’t really have any time to take off so I guess I can use my vacation days to go to Hamilton and find something interesting to shoot such as the condos they are building near the smelters.
